I found the bed to be comfortable and the air conditioning system worked great. On another note... The Front Desk Attendant was very unpleasant and was not professional when I politely asked for a correction regarding a mistake on my bill. Your Business is there to provide a home away from home for your guests remember that ! Staff should be prepared to treat Men and Women If all races and ages with equal respect. The Hotel had double locked entrances at night and and it was very difficult to gain entrance to the building after a long day of traveling. The Tiny window with bullet proof sealed glass made me concerned .

The hotel staff was fantastic. The suite is abuot the same size as a regular room at Holiday Inn, nothing at all to brag about. Contentianal breakfast was like pulling teeth. Ran out of coffee, cups, fruit and pasteries, with staff looking at you in a blank stare. Rooms are cheaply constructed with very little sound proof between each room can listen to every word on next door TV. There are very few places in Antioch and nothing with much class so this is just about all you have in a central location that was close to where we needed to be. Owners in the evening were the nicest as can be..............

First thing I saw was there were many eating places around this Hotel. I wanted a bed to crash. The staff seemed professional. The hallways and corridors were well maintained. The room was clean and well furnished. I slept well, stayed there for couple nights more. I liked the service and would like to stay there again.
