Quite nice at a reasonable price!!

I am senior citizen, 62 years of age and whenever I go to Ukiah, California to meet my daughter and my favorite grand daughter, it is a mini vacation for me. I am so well looked after by the Fairfield Inn & Suites Ukiah staff that I hardly realize that I am staying at the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Bath amenities very nice and plenty of clean large thick towels. They provided me with the privacy I needed. Senior citizens, this hotel has been built for us, so go and experience for yourself what I am saying. Fairfield Inn & Suites Ukiah is my choice of hotel.

I stayed here with my three children. It was comfortable and safe. We stayed during the rainy season so the indoor pool was a definate positive, even though it is extemely small. The rooms were comfortable and clean but small. My children loved the fresh cookies in the afternoon and the breakfast. The staff was listless at best. Everytime I went to the fron desk they were in the "business area" on the internet. I agree they acted like they were still in training. The location is great, the hotel is clean and new and it is safe. I would stay there again, but not before I try the Hampton Inn next door which looked just as neat and safe but larger rooms.

GREAT STAY

The Fairfield Inn was just what I was looking for to meet my needs. They had comfortable rooms, an indoor heated pool and spa, free internet access in the room, and a great breakfast in the morning. Also, the location was great and right off Highway 101. I will definately be staying at the Fairfield for all my future stays in Ukiah.

Disappointed

Room was clean, right price, good location, to good to be true. It was. Hot water did not work in the bathroom and in-room coffee only had service for one cup. Not up to my expectations for a Marriott. Will not stay here again or recommend others to stay here either.

The Fairfield seems to be almost brand new. The two-queen room we stayed in was a little small, but nice. The excercise room has just a stationary bike and a treadmill, and they have a small swimming pool and jacuzzi. The staff all seemed like they were still in training, including the manager, but they were friendly and helpful. The building still has the squeeks and rattles of a new building, and the elevator was loud enough to be a little scary.
