I stayed here with my three children. It was comfortable and safe. We stayed during the rainy season so the indoor pool was a definate positive, even though it is extemely small. The rooms were comfortable and clean but small. My children loved the fresh cookies in the afternoon and the breakfast.
The staff was listless at best. Everytime I went to the fron desk they were in the "business area" on the internet. I agree they acted like they were still in training.
The location is great, the hotel is clean and new and it is safe. I would stay there again, but not before I try the Hampton Inn next door which looked just as neat and safe but larger rooms.
