EXCEPTIONAL HOTEL
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/19/09
Extremely beautiful Hotel that is only about 75 yards from the beach. The pool was very nice and the Hotel was very well maintained. Our room had a nice view of the ocean (not great) with a beautiful spa tub. The beds were very comfortable and the balcony was nice. This is an excellent hotel that I would highly recommend.

Beautiful Beach Hotel
By Runner11, 07/20/09
Beautiful facility that is only a few yards from the beach. The pool was great, the room was large and clean. Spacious shower, comfortable beds. Neat balcony. This is an excellent vacation spot that is close to restaurants etc. Not far from tourist attractions. Very quiet too.

Restaurant is AWESOME!!!!!!!!
By jodyd, 09/27/08
The rooms are great. The beds are awesome. The Jacuzzi is HUGE! Close to the down town. I go to St. Augustine once every few months, and I ALWAYS stay there. The restaurant has the best fillet I have ever had! If you are going to St. Augustine stay there.

Great Hotel & Value
By matthew s, 04/08/08
The hotel was much more than I expected. In a great location near the beach. The rooms were super clean, and large. The bedding as good as home. Dining within walking distance. This hotel is well staffed with courteous employees. Highly recommend to other visitors to the Saint Augustine area.

Disapointed!!!!
By Faith G, 03/25/08
Very disapointed. My family and I checked in to this hotel to relax and unwind. Paying for ocean view. That they don't tell you is very restricted as I gaze out my window peeking around rooftops to see the ocean. Waiting for my free paper to be delivered. That guess what? does not happen and will never happen according to front desk they have a few sitting on the counter and when there gone that's it folks. Sitting out at the pool with my children waiting for towels to be put out that during the thirty minutes we are out there doesn't happen. So my daughters drip through the hotel. There are only two other people taking advantage of the pool at this point I somehow don't believe they used that many towels. The hotel is beautiful don't misunderstand but service not so wonderful. Overly friendly at the front desk they are not. Think I will stick to the cheaper hotels from now on, at least there they service you get is expected.

Going back soon!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/17/07
The Oceanview King Jacuzzi Suite with Balcony was perfect for a romantic weekend. You can see the beach from the balcony and even from the jacuzzi (higher floors have better views) and it is just a few minutes from downtown. The rooms are immaculate and beautifully decorated. Service was exceptional, very friendly, and professional. We loved it and plan on going back this month!

Pass on this hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/16/07
We saw the manager of the year plaque, but that person must have been transferred. The service was horrible, bathroom was not cleaned. Everything we asked for, we had to go back and ask a second time. Maid did not lock our door when she left. Maintenance did not come to fix the door so it would lock properly. Attendants at the front desk were neither freindly nor interested in being freindly. Nice looking hotel, but looks can be deceiving. Try the Hampton in down the street.

We're going back next weekend!
By FLgirL, 01/20/07
My friend and I decided spur of the moment to take a trip up to St. Augustine (approx 2hr drive). As we were driving, we were looking for a place to stay. We just happened to drive passed this hotel and thought it looked "pretty" from the outside, so we decided to go in. WOW, we were so impressed! The room had a huge jacuzzi in it with nice robes to wear afterwards. The room was just beautiful and 'modern'. The staff was more than willing to help us with whatever we needed. The beach is within walking distance and it was just the best place to stay, especially when we just found it off the road. It was so nice that my friend and I are going there again next weekend and this time we're getting the oceanview! Can't wait!

Wonderful Accomodations and Service
By carol, 10/11/06
I loved staying here. It is one of the nicest places we looked at as possible places to stay. The minute we walked in we were impressed. I want to work there now!! I just love the atmosphere. The only negative is that the pool closes at 10:00 even on weekends which I thought was dumb. The pool was the main meeting place at the hotel and 10:00 was way early.
