10 reviews for Club De Soleil, Las Vegas
I would recommend this hotel
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/16/08
This was my first time in Vegas and wanted to save money, so after extensive research on hotels decided on Club De Soleil. Service was great, arrived at the hotel 3hrs before check-in but had no problems getting a room right away. Nice clean suites, enjoyed the kitchenette with a mini fridge, dishes, sink and coffee maker. Shuttle to the strip for the most part was convinient, picked up every hour on the hour and dropped off at a few locations along the strip. Taxi's were about $18 from the hotel to the strip. A suggestion we learned, ask the staff in the casino's if they have any 2-for-1 coupons to tourist attractions like the was museum, roller-coaster at New York New York and such, most often they do. Great way to save. Also, the resturant at Ellis Island Casino and hotel has the best deal for a steak ($6.99...even comes with a beer) and you will NOT be dissapointed!

Really Nice
By JIM, 03/14/08
My wife and I stayed for 5 nights and we had a great time, Very clean and very friendly, The shuttles are a great help(once you get used to the schedule)They are always, always on time,so do not be late, We dinned at the Orleans at Pete"s Oyster Bar,The soup is about a gallon so you might want to think about soup if you are getting a large meal.I will stay here again anytime and will recommend it to all my friends,A third of the price you will pay on the strip without all the noise and people.

This hotel made the trip even better!
By Persnickety, 02/08/08
This was my first trip to Vegas and I wanted the Vegas experance with out the pirce. This room was Excellent. The bed was huge and comfortable. There was a cute kitchenette with all the basics you would need. The bathroom tub alone made me want to say another day. It was just far enough off the strip that I could sleep and it was close enough to get a quick cab back and forth. At first I thought it was expensive for the room (though I thought $80 a night was too much) but after staying there it was worth every penny.

I'd stay again in a heartbeat!
By Jenn, 06/17/07
I was a little worried about staying here after reading reviews on other sites. We were given this room by consolidated resorts in exchange for a timeshare presentation at Tahiti Village. We arrived on saturday to a very clean and beautiful 1 bedroom unit. It has a kitchen with a full size fridge, microwave and dishwasher. The living room area has a sofa sleeper, chair, fireplace, and a dining table with 4 chairs. The unit we stayed in had a small balcony that faced the parking lot, we never went out there cause it was too hot, but other units had the balcony facing the pool. The bedroom was large and clean, the only complaint I had was that the air conditioning didn't seem to cool the bedroom very well but froze you in the living room. The bathroom was large also very clean with a jacuzzi tub and doors to enter from bedroom or hallway. They give you plenty of towels for 4 people and 4 pool towels. In the hallway is a washer and dryer that I used every night. I hate the cigarette smells from the casinos. The pool was a good size, heated, the jacuzzi was a little too hot but we were in there at 2am. The pools r 24 hours. The complex was very quiet and no one bothered us. It also has a tennis court and BBQ's but we did not use them. If you r staying for more than a couple of days I suggest you stop at the grocery store down the street and pick up some munchies, they have a shuttle to the store and casinos if you don't rent a car. If it is your first time in Vegas I suggest you rent a car, it's usually to hot and tiring to walk around. There are also plenty of Taxi's and limos but that can add up quick. I personally like downtown Vegas better that the strip.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/27/07
We stayed with friends who have a timeshare at Club de Soleil. This is a top rate hotel. The staff are excellent, friendly, helpful and very attentive. The suite was just beautiful, everything supplied that was needed, and absolutely spotless. Hotel is in close proximity to air port and the strip, yet a very quiet place to stay. We sure enjoyed our stay. Vic & Sandra Evans

Enjoyed our stay
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/01/06
We loved the heated pool and the fact that they don't close the pool or hot tub so if you want to take a dip at 2AM you can. Very private and quite.

They will hound you!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/17/05
I signed up to go to the resort and then my husband and I decided not to do it. They have hounded me daily at my work phone number. I asked them to please stop calling me and the man actually said, "I'll be calling you again tomorrow." They will not take no for an answer. He also said to me, "I guess you wouldn't know a free vacation if it fell in your lap." Is that really the way you want to be treated? Their facility may be beautiful, but I don't want to be treated this way before I even get there.

Nice accomodations for a family!
By Denise in Boca, 07/17/05
We have stayed at Club de Soleil twice. We travel with our teenagers. It is nice to have two complete bedrooms and baths. The washer and dryer in the units make it possible to do some laundry mid-trip. We can cook some meals in the full kitchen, which cuts down on trip cost. The location is convenient, it is easy to park your car if you bring one. If you don't, a shuttle bus runs most of the day to the orleans, New York New york, Mirage and other casinos. They will even make a run to the grocery store once a day. When we needed an extra night(beyond the week rate), we were able to book a one bedroom for 65 a night or 95 for the two bedroom unit. We found a weekly rate on a condo rental web site which was very economical. Consider Club de Soleil for your next vegas trip. We'll be back for sure. By the way, wireless internet was available for a low weekly price.
