The pictures we saw when making the reservation, showed pots/pans and a tabel set with dishes and flatware, however these did not exist when we arrived. The suite, however was nice, with refrigerator, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The Stove top had the wrong size burner drip catchers, so the burners were disconnected and unusable. We had no dishes to use, so I cannot speak to the servicability of the dishwasher. Everything else was functional. We had wonderful response to small problems from the front desk and maintenance. We would stay there again, but not plan on pots and pans.
I will not stay here anymore. I've had to stay several times for work and everytime I need to use the Internet for work it is always down. The beds are horrible. The room was clean on the surface, but take a black light to those beds and you will vomit. If you want compfort and Internet do not stay here.
We had tickets to see U2 in town. I did not ask for it, but they placed us in the farthest building which was the closest to the stadium. (Although I did mention I was going to the concert when I called few days earlier to check on my reservation.) The stadium is a five minute walk from the hotel. The hotel has plenty of parking near the rooms.
The room was huge and clean with two TVs. The bed was firm and comfy. If you stay here make sure to bring food and stuff because the kitchen is great for preparing your own meals; fridge, micro and dishwasher, even pots and pans are all there. Do bring some dish liquid and dish cloths though if you intend to use them.
If you don’t mind the stairs, ask to be placed on the top third floor so you won’t hear guest above you. We didn’t have any next door neighbors so it was pretty quiet.
Check out time was noon so we had plenty of time to sleep in after the late night show and the room stayed dark thanks to the thick curtains. We would definitely stay here in the future if going to the stadium.
It is in a good safe location. The room is nice, mini kitchen with cups, plates, pans, and silverware. Roomservice is only once a week. My only complaint was the bed, like sleeping on a board. But other wise a nice place two pools, laundry, and gym.
My review title says it all..The hotel was like having my own apartment "home away from home" We came to Las Vegas for the Con expo convention we didnt want to stay on the noisey crowded strip so we got on the internet and found Siena Suites.. I came up with the concluesion to try it.. Im so glad we did ,the room was fully furnished with everything but the food... and the grocery store was not even 5 minutes away the front desk was great ,the hotel workers went out of their way to help me with my luggage and help me find my way around Las Vegas..Yes it is 7 miles from the strip but if I have 10 minutes to write this review I have 10 minutes to drive to the strip..It is worth every penny$$$ and to tell you the truth they dont even charge very much.. I will stay at Siena Suites everytime I visit Las Vegas or Henderson and refer everyone I know Thank you Siena Suites for making my trip great...
We stayed at the hotel for the Monster Jam World Finals and we enjoyed our stay at Siena Suites. We checked in about 1 p.m. because they had a room available and the front office was very friendly and helpful. The room was great. There is a separate room for watching TV and relaxing plus kitchen area, and then the bedroom. It was perfect for us. The bed was very hard and we were nervous about getting a good nights sleep but we did. We were surprised when we awoke in the morning after sleeping all night and we felt good. My only complaint would be softer beds but the hard bed didn't end of affecting us so it was all good. Thank you also to the General Manager who replied from my emails promptly and was very helpful.
Stayed three nights. Right on Boulder highway. Noisy and cheaply built. The Harleys rattle the front windows. Get third floor or beware the floors are paper thin. The beds are the cheapest bedding you could imagine. You have a high risk of being dissapointed.
This motel is only two years old and already shows the wear. If you want cheap this is it but if you are used to something a little better look out this isn't it. I'm not usually this negative but I get cranky at 4:00 am after little sleep.
My family and I needed a place to stay in the Henderson area. We found the Siena Suites online and was througly impressed with the hotel. The room had a full kitchen, with dishwasher, stove, full frig and oven. We also had a large t.v. and free internet. The room was very clean and well-maintained, the staff was very friendly and accomidating. I would certainly stay at the Siena Suites again!!!
