I stayed 4 nights.
The room and bathroom were more or less fine and clean, though not comfortably decorated.
Breakfast was ample and good.
Customer service was quite poor and frustrating. They were disorganized, ill informed, unable to answer questions regarding the hotel and the city, unfriendly (aside from one morning when there was a lady I only saw once), all too often unavailable and unprofessional.
I did not enjoy my stay.
