Could be better.

We got a Jacuzzi Suite for a weekend, which was nice...but well overpriced compared to other HIE's we've stayed. Bed made and new towels was only sign housekeeping was there, while we were out for the first day. Complimentary breakfast had good hot and cold variety, but scrambled eggs and bacon were watery and limp, respectively the first morning. Second morning was good for cheese omelets and sausage. Pool/Spa was decent, but over-chlorined. Staff was attentive to our needs.

New, not far from Lancaster yet out in country. Quick service if a light bult burns out or tv gives you trouble. Very impressed. Have stayed there several times since it opened.

After traveling for 4 hours with two little ones we decided to check to see if our room was ready. It was 1:30pm and check in is not until 3pm. The check in staff simply stated that our room was not ready and when my husband requested to check in and return later he was told that "check in is at 3pm". We were told when booking that the room would be held until 6pm the day of check in and of course had little recourse but to ride through Lititz- until check in and then go to dinner out of concern for not getting back in time. On a plus side the rooms were clean and the beds comfy, but we will not return again!!

Very NIce

Great family place but also works for the younger crowd like myself. Easy access to the clubs and beach. We had a great time and will come back for sure.
