We rented via the Owner rather than the Management Comapany and boy are we glad we did. The managemnt company are beyond useless. There was no-one there when we went to pick up the keys despite them saying they were open 9am-9pm. When we did catch them in, we were told no record of our booking. They did give us keys after a swipe of our Credit Card. Next day (Friday)I reported no pool heat but no answer on phone so left a message. Same again Saturday. Still nothing Sunday. Contacted villa owners in UK and Monday we got the pool heat switched on by a woman who blamed everything on the villa owners. We were there for 2 weeks and each time we passed by the Management Office it was closed (8 or 9 times during office hours). I currebtly have friends (who are pensioners) stranded in Orlando who have no where to stay as this so called Management Compant cannot be bothered opening their doors. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
