Not business friendly

This was a business trip. Was meeting a client from china. The client did not speak english. The interpreter was only available during the day (no interpretation service with hotel). The hotel waitresses would fill in their own tips on his restuarant bills when he ate alone. They gave themselves very, very good tips (50%). He did not understand tipping. They took advantage of this gentleman.
The king suites have internet but does not have internet cables. Neither does the front desk. Had to go and buy a internet cable.
They charged the clients room to my visa after being informed he would pay his own. It was just reserved under my name.
