do not trust these people with your credit card! rude, unhelpful

Went back to Cooke City wanted to see if the nice couple we met on New years eve was still around and when we walked in who was there but both of them standing there. Now managers of the Super 8 in Cooke City, Mt it was not only good to see them but they showed us what real hospitality is truely about. Thanks Sue and John, also John keep making everyone smile, with your quick witted jokes we sure needed it after the last time we stayed across the street. Rooms were tidy, very clean and the beds were comfy. They told us about the little restaurant next door, and man were they right, just like grandma used to make we tried something new everyday and couldn't complain about anything. We think you are doing a great job (for being your first couples management job) in a hotel you guys will get it soon enough) and the man that owns it, you had better take care of them because we will buy them a motel if you ever get rid of them. I called to get rates, the man asked me to hold, and in the background I heard a female voice say "Tell her we're full", when really they weren't because he came back on and said "$99.00". I felt like I was wasting HIS time by even calling. What a bunch of a**holes! In today's economy, I think I would be a lot more courteous to people wanting to spend THEIR money at YOUR establishment! You might want to work on your public relations skills. And no, we did NOT stay there! jls

The managers are very helpful. They are from Montana themselves. They couldn't have tried any harder to help us. We will be back in this area again, and we'll stay at the super 8.

This is a place that you will always remember as a rip off. Dirty place, rooms were new, but not clean. No point in talking to management as they were rude. Really unhelpful people.
