Disappointed

Reserved a non-smoking room but was either given a smoking room or one that had smokers recently there. The air was stale and room dingy. We had to keep the air on full blast to manage the air quality. Sheets were clean but bedspread and curtains musty. Noise from Hwy 27 was loud but drowned out by the air conditioner. Nice clean pool. Continental breakfast was good, mostly carbs but good coffee. Would probably not stay there again.

Quality Inn Dundee Fla-100%Customer Satisfaction

What we liked about Quality Inn in Dundee Fla,is that we were there for a month on business for the phonebook delivery for the Polk County and the surrounding area. The room was extremely clean and comfortable with friendly helpful staff members. Thank you for all those who we got to know it has been a pleasure to know a true Hotel that made us feel appreciated,we werent a Room number but as people with names. We Thanked everyone that we got to know and if we came back next year we would stay again.Heres another great positive thing with Watchful eyes,the Dundee Police Dept they always made there appearance checking the parking lot and keeping the area safe. Two Thumbs up to Quality Inn in Dundee Fla,Highly Recommended to all who are traveling . Respecfully Michelle/Genaro :)
