Hampton Inn Gallup West Nm, Gallup

We are infrequent travelers so when we book a room, we go with known quality. This was the case again and our room was clean with a very comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and breakfast was delicious. We will continue to use Hampton Inn every time we travel.

This hotel has a no cash policy. Please be advise that they do not accept cash. My first encounter ever at any hotel. The front clerk was very argument about this policy. Which is not posted on their website or at the front desk. No manager or chance to resolve issue. Please call hotel if you plan on using an obsolete currency. On the bright side, it is a very nice and clean hotel with a accessible location. Which why i choose this beautiful location and its facilities. The front clerk could use some more training on customer service.

the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very good. the room was clean and comfortable. The pool and hot tub are clean and refreshing.

From check in to check out, the hotel staff were wonderful. I asked the front desk clerk where a specific street was and even though she was not familiar with it, she immediately checked the internet and located the street. The room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable I couldn't believe I was in a hotel. And lots of pillows, which is a huge plus when reading in bed. Next time I find myself in Gallup, I will definitely stay here. Hotel faces the freeway as did our room, but could not hear the freeway noise, and even though I knew the trains go thru town 24/7, I did not hear them all night long.

Our stay at this Hampton Inn was wonderful. The room was very clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the hot breakfast was great. When we checked in we asked the clerk if she could recommend a for a good restaurant for us to go to for dinner. The clerk not only gave us a recommendation, but she also gave us a 10% off coupon to use. The restaurant she recommended was truly wonderful. Our room was very confortable and clean. The shower was great. Too many times the shower either runs out of hot water, or the water pressure is a little trickle. Not at this Hampton Inn - the water pressure was wonderful and there was lots of hot water. Everything about our stay in Gallup was great!

It is a little difficult to find the first time - probably because of the road construction. The construction inconvenience is temporary. The location by the mall and Home Depot is great.

My stay here was so peaceful and restful. The hotel is right off the freeway and convenient to the sites I wanted to visit. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Best yet, it was an incredible value. I was alone and really appreciated the security features and the internet connection in my room. Jane

This was a nice hotel to spend the night in I loved it. Nice rooms, nice spot in Gallup by the Mall and Home depot and Applebees. You know I'm there
