This was my first experience with lodging at an Inn. This was better than any hotel/motel I've experienced. Tony (co-owner), was the most gracious host you could ever imagine. It was centrally located to everthing. Walking distance to Newport. This place is a diamond in the ruff. It's reasonably priced, close to beach, and several local places to eat. I would highly suggest this to anyone. Can't wait to get back. Great to stay for the tennis tournament in Newport as well

Very Clean and we could walk to the Beach!!

Small Inn that is walking distance to the beach and only two miles from downtown Newport. Did not have to pay for parking, just left our car in the parking lot and walked across the street to the beach and beach club.
