This is not a hotel. Has not been in rental business since 2007. It is all privatly owned condos and few people rent there condo. Need to be very quiet.

getaway retreat

I think this place is perfect for familys because it's just off the ocean with sand right where the kids can easily get to. It's cozy and has a great view of the bay. I like the fireplace area, and the kitchenettes, and it's right near the board rentals and not too far from shopping. The nearby resteraunt is convenient when you don't wish to cook. We love this spot, we think it's perfect for our family. Friendly staff.

This place is awesome!!!

My experience at The Water's Edge was terrific. The moment I walked into my room my eyes almost popped outta my head!! I did't expect such a great view and most peaceful and relaxing room. They had every possible thing I could think of. It was great and the kids loved it too. ~The Illa Family
