a lovely respite
By Y H, 10/19/08
enjoyed our stay. quiet, peaceful setting. quaint. you feel like you're staying in the home of a dear friend. Hot water was sufficient. Breakfast was very, very tasty. I'd recommend to anyone. The access off the freeway/interstate is superb. For dinner we fended for ourselves - a mile away there were several small town restaurants. We selected the local pizzeria and had a fab green salad and a slice.

Home Away from Home
By bgreene13, 10/10/08
My husband and I had never stayed in a B&B before, so we were hesitant about our first experience. However, Ms. Ann Tolman's Branch Brook B&B set the standard by which all of our future B&B experiences will be measured. Our room was cozy, comfortable, warm, and inviting. The house itself was historic, beautiful, and in a quaint location. The breakfast cannot be beat: she serves generous helpings on farm fresh eggs, french toast, pancakes, bacon or sausage, fruit, yogurt, and many other choices. We felt at home as soon as we walked through the door, and hope to go back one day!

Look Forward to going back again and again

My son goes to college nearby and found this place by chance and booked us a room. We feel in love with this B & B.. Great spot near a covered bridge and the best breakfest you could ever ask for.. Very clean and cozy..

A wonderful B&B in the Northeast Kingdom. A breafast that is fit for a King prepared on the Aga stove. Warm and friendly hostess. Will definately go back again and again.
