St. Brendans Inn, Green Bay

First off, this place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the location was great, with the pub downstairs and several other cool places for dinner/drinks within walking distance. The decor is simple, Irish-themed, and very comfortable. Be aware that if you arrive late at night you have to check in with the bartender, which could be an issue because you'll be competing for his attention with thirsty bar patrons. Some have said that it can be loud, but I was on the third floor and didn't hear a peep from the bar. My only issue is the shower - in my room, it was a walk-in with no curtain, no door, i.e. no privacy. Depending on who you travel with this might not be an issue, but know that you would be exposed to anyone in the room with you (also, I didn't like that the shower was right by the window...even with the curtain pulled down, there was a gap, and I felt like I was mooning the parking lot.) Overall though, this place gets high marks and as long as privacy isn't an issue for you, I'd recommend it to anyone!

Can't say one bad thing about the place. Nice room, spectacular food, ultra-friendly staff. Go with friends for even more fun. I wish we had gone on a live music night.

Wonderful place to stay! Great rooms, great food and great staff! Will never stay at any other hotel in Green Bay. This Irish themed inn even has staff from Ireland.

This hotel has character. It is owned by an Irish company and many of the employees have the Irish accent to prove it. Each room comes complete with a whirlpool bath, a "rainfall" shower, and a four poster bed. If you enjoy Irish food and ambiance you will enjoy the restaurant and pub. This hotel is primarily intended for business travelers and it's a nice break from the cookie cutter Marriott's and Hiltons. Each staff member seems to take his or her job seriously and is friendly and accomodating.
