The Franklin Victorian is probably your best bet for a quality place to stay in Sparta. It is a large, beautiful house with some impressive original woodwork. We stayed in the Franklin Suite, which is a wonderful suite for the price. The FVBB is extremely accomodating to bicyclists. Excellent full breakfasts include fresh herbs that Jennifer picks from her backyard herb garden each morning.
