Buffalo Rock Lodge Bed and Breakfast, Keystone

The minute you pull up to this lodge all you can say is wow......... it is breathtakingly beautiful. Once you step into this lodge you will see every beautiful detail and lots of history of the area. Marilyn and Art are wonderful host and do everything possible to make sure your stay is one you will never forget. She will map out your sites and provide a free map with detailed directions and go over them to make sure you wont get lost. Tell you about some must see things. She makes a delicious breakfast, while we were there we had homemade pecan waffles with delicious sliced fresh peaches eggs, bacon and your choice of beverages. She also serves homemade dessert everynight on the porch where you can see the lights come on at Mt. Rushmore. There was a two beautiful brass beds with a huge jacuzzi in our room. Rooms are spaced apart for privacy. While at the lodge I saw several wild animals on property including rabbit, turkeys and deers. Art's photography is not to be missed. He has a beautiful photograph of a comet over Mt. Rushmore. He was also responsible for getting the lights turned back on at night when they were shut off in 1995, and appeared on NBC's today show. The couple is both warm and gracious host. I cant imagine anyone staying there and not wanting to return again and again. Lots to do in the area. A++++++++ accomodations. Forget about staying anywhere else.
