The Williams Guest House was exactly what we expected to find in New England USA. A friendly attmosphere, warm welcome and beautiful location. My Wife and I would like to thank Mrs Williams for a lovely stay.

Not Kid Friendly!

we called to make a reservation for a week and they wouldn't even let us book a room with our children!!!!! That's okay, we found plenty of places that were...

Mrs. Williams was so nice. My traveling party got stuck on the freeway going through Boston and when I called to let her know we were going to be quite late, she said she'd have the house unlocked and warm when we got there...which it was.Location is beautiful, right on a back bay of the ocean. Beautiful sunrise/sunset. Definitely going back ASAP.

A sleeper

This place is perfectly located for beach lovers and those that love to take in the sights of the ocean. The host is very kind and it was clear to me that is was important to her that I enjoyed my stay. The pretty, delicate woodwork in the living room was immpressive and gives me a sentimental New England feel. There is a Dunkin Donuts and Charlies an eatery within comfortable walking distance. What I like most is that the guest house is priced very reasonably something that can be hard to come by especially with such wonderful views.
