Dating back to the middle of the Nineteenth Century, this charming and romantic inn is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is nestled in a quite and secluded area of historic Falmouth; although each room presents its own style and character, all have been appointed with antique furnishings and tasteful period reproductions. Colourful quilts and rugs abound, and many of the rooms feature fireplaces, canopy beds, and whirlpools. Rooms are available in three adjacent buildings: the main house, the carriage house, and the housekeeping cottage. A wonderful breakfast is served each morning in either the dining room or on the sun porch; there are eight guestrooms in all, which offer a wide range of options to suit varying tastes and needs.
