Combining the best of an inn, with warm hospitality, and a bed and breakfast, with the innkeeper serving breakfast each morning, and a modern motel, with each room having a private entrance, bath and completely equipped kitchen, this inn offers eighteen non-smoking mini-suites, as well as the Harbour Suite that overlooks Hyannis Harbour. Each unit is very well appointed and has remote control television, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, tiled bathrooms, two full or queen sized beds, or one king sized bed, and a separate kitchen area. Some rooms share a second floor balcony or first floor patio with a picturesque view of Hyannis Harbour.
