Glendon Beach Cottages, Dennis Port

Glendon Beach Cottages in Dennisport, MA was the perfect off-season vacation for me and my family. The owner, "Richie" was incredibly helpful, and it is obvious how much he loves to see people enjoying his beautifully- kept properties. The cottage was well-equipped, clean, and spacious enough for my toddler, my dog, and me and my husband. I found Richie's prices to be reasonable (dog was an extra charge) and more than appropriate for our stay. The quaint beach nearby was perfect for walking and playing in the sand, and the larger West Dennis beach is just a few minutes' drive away. Chatham and Hyannis were super close, and Provincetown took a mere 45 minutes to get to with no in-season traffic! We were there the last few days of September into October, so we did have the luxury of it being pretty quiet at the cottage--the other cottages weren't occupied. There are a couple of great places to eat nearby (Swan River Fish Market, The Dog House), both of which were open off-season. I would strongly recommend Glendon Beach Cottages to anyone looking for a relaxing, low maintenance vacation with the fam! I do know that Richie is hoping to sell some of the cottages, so I am unsure of what will happen once new owners take over. Perfect location, seconds from great beach. Cottages are immaculate with everything you need from barbeque to popcorn popper, there are even toys for the kids. Great for families while not noisy. Location makes it a great base for visiting all of the towns on the cape. It is so comfortable and homelike there, for years our kids thought it was our own cottage. The owner Rich is always around to make sure you are always comfortable and your stay is enjoyable.

Glendon Beach Cottages are in a great location and are very well kept. Rich takes great care and pride in making sure his guests have nice place to stay and his hospitality is second to none.

We enjoy traveling with our Cairn Terrier, Emmy. We all have enjoyed our weeks at Glendon Beach during the Fall. Richie is a great owner who assures his visitors a comfortable stay. He has endless energy to keep Glendon Beach Cottages a place that we want to return to.
