Mac S Motel, Heber City

Please disregard the "new ownership" positive review below. I was confused as to Mac's Motel and M-Star Motel. I had an online reservation for Mac's only when I got there, they did not have my queen bed guaranteed reservation and tried to offer me two twin beds and I'm 6' 8'. The manager said he had rented to others instead. He offered to give me my money back and did but I was very frustrated he rented out my guaranteed room. that's why I'm giving a bad review for this motel. The Positive review below is for M-Star....and this manager was kind enough to refer me to M-Star and reluctantly, I went to M-Star...only to have a very positive experience at M-Star. Jeff D Jeff D

THIS IS BY FAR THE NASTIEST MOTOL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT I WAS AFRAID TO SLEEP IN THE SHEETS SO I SLEEP IN MYCLOTHES ON TOP OF THE BLANKET BECAUSE THERE WAS NO BED SPREAD THE GUY AT THE DEST COULD BARLEY SPEAK BROKEN ENGISH AND HAD NO IDEA HOW TO PROSCESS MY RESERVATION I WAS QUOTED $44.99 AND THE CHARGE ON MY CARD REVIELED $58.00 I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS DIVE TO ANYONE I WOULD HAVE RATHER SLEEP IN MY CAR I AM SUPRIZED THAT EXPEDIA EVEN HAD THIS PLACE LISTED REMINDS ME OF WHAT A FLOP HOUSE MIGHT BE

I booked the room for two nights and when we returned for the second night they had booked the room to a new customer. We had to leave and drive home which I did not apprecite-----good thing I was not from out of state.

We stayed on the elk hunting weekend, we were in room 3 and the people in room 4 were very loud both nights people going in and out all hours, tv blasting. We ended up leaving saturday night at 1:00a.m, very mad. I will never stay here again I will spend the money and stay at the new hotel in heber.

our room was nice & clean we stayed there for a week to do some bussiness in heber there location is the best right in downtown

Heber is very nice we went to a wedding down there that was our first exp in heber city we will def go back in summer for vacation mac's motel is a nice place to stay close to every pleace in town our room was clean for the price it was the best

I won't even dignify the rating "bad service" There was NO SERVICE. Sparce, broken AC, had to buy my own tp as there was absolutely no one on site to service the room, No cleaning service. Gave a AAA discount but has no affiliation with the auto club. Just lovely.

Wow they did a lot to this place, Just under a year ago we stayed and thought it was okay but this time wow and the manager had mentioned they are just getting started with the remodeling. I will say this there is no pool there never has been its just incorrect listing. They are very nice very clean and I will be staying there every time I go to heber.

No Pool as stated, unclean and the manager appeared drunk. Heber City, although is nice city & has grizzly bears that are movie stars and the mountains imposing
