Wonderful visit on 4-26-09!

Front desk was very helpful. Newly refurbished, large and clean rooms. Lovely location with short walk to dining and shopping.

great location...front desk very friendly and helpful in finding restaurants...enjoyed concerts next door..will go back..thanks for a great time..would like rooms cleaned a little earlier please.

Needs Spring Cleaning!

This was a major dissappointment! We have stayed here in the past (3X) and enjoyed it. This trip was "alful". We had to ask them to vacuum before we moved it (even tho they said it had been cleaned). After getting settled we found the small refrigerator had mold in it. We asked for a different one but they never brought one. Lastly, the hot tub was smelly - and not from chlorine! We never did use it - the scum on the top of the water didn't look inviting! We will not be returning to this motel! When we complained to management we were told that everything was just fine! This is no way to run a motel!

Perfect

We have stayed at the Silve Moon twice in the past two years, in the same room. The owners are friendly, location is great, hot tub is wonderful, and I feel like I am at "home". The carpet could be replaced, but the sheets are clean, and the towels are fresh every day. How great to walk to breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Also, to walk to the unique shops. The last time we were there {fall of 2005} there were elk wondering by the river giving us opportunity to take some faboulous photos. The proximity to Rocky Mt. National Park is a definite plus. I am already planning my spring trip to Estes Park, and the Silver Moon!
