The air conditioning in the rooms constantly runs. There's no way to turn it off. There's no room service and the Union's eateries, during the summer, do not open until 11a. There were issues with plumbing in my room. A plumber had to be called to fix the shower scalding valve. Customer service was good.

best location for visiting school

the Union is centrally located, right on campus and, within walking distance of Green Street. Parking is free, rooms are small, but decently furnished. It's better than most of the nearby motels in terms of quality, price, and most certainly location.
