Otter's Den Bed and Breakfast, Bedford

This was our first Bed and Breakfast visit, and if they are all this nice we'll visit many more in the future. Loved the views and relaxing on the private screened porch. We enjoyed visiting with the other guests at breakfast, (which was plentiful and tasted great) a true country fare. The owners have done a remarkable job of restoration! Glad there was no room at the lodge.

Whenever I go to Otter's Den, I feel like I belong there...It's a comfortable and serene place to sit back and relax or if you feel energetic, hike or stroll the property(look up and you will see Sharp Top Mountain; I've seen lots of Wildlife... The history of the property is interesting (ask about that buried treasure) and when you look at what WAS there and all of the restoration that has taken place over the years, you will be amazed. In the evening, you will be able to see more stars than you thought could exist and... the view of Bedford at night...it's truly a beautiful site... I LOVE this place and will continue to visit as often as I can. Oh yes, GREAT BREAKFAST!!! Visitor from Tidewater
