Patriot Inn Bed & Breakfast, The, Portsmouth

We were having trouble finding a place to stay in Portsmouth and were so happy to find Patriot Inn had openings. They also worked with us on the cost and reduced our price since we were staying three days during a slow period. The woman who runs it is very sweet and attentive, but not too much so. Also, breakfast each morning was a real treat as we had a full, fresh cooked, sit down breakfast and nice conversation. We chose the smaller room with a bath to save money and it was very pretty and the bed was beautiful. Our only complaint is that the a/c was a bit cold. Overall, fabulous!
