The Grandview At Las Vegas, Las Vegas

I enjoyed the Grandview so much- the people were friendly, the bus to the strip that was free was great- The apts were nice and big- I really had to say I got back today and I loved it! no one bothered and when we called they came right away. The only thing is that they didnt have a kids pool - but I dont have kids but that would be nice. Location was great as well! It is a time share so they wanted to show us the premises but I told them that I was an owner and they said ok- they were very helpful in all the questions we had and they are building more buildings. I totally enjoyed it!

Our stay at the grandview was great. The kids were hapy they had gotten to do a llot of activities by the pool. We had funny moments in the workout room. Our rooms were warm and cozy there was nothing wrong with the rooms and the other guests that were there were very friendly.

I own a time share at Grandview and it has been great for our travelling needs. Our stay in April was wonderful.. Service was outstanding. We were in one building that had a broken elevator and a few problems in the suite. I requested a move and it was taken care of in no time.. If you have a problem then tell someone. They do listen. As an owner you tell them what you want and you will get it.. Be firm. Yes Parking is a pain but there is a parkade. It isn't the strip but it is a quiet place to go after a day on the strip and it is close to the I15 which gets you all over the place quickly. Take the shuttle to the strip all day on the hour as well as other special trips to shopping and such. It isn't the Hilton but it will allow you to stay at the Hilton with your points. Where else can you have an apartment for cheap... Will be back.. my only beef is the tubs and how loud the water is when another suite is running the water and jets. especially at night...

There wasn't anything that i didn't like about the Grandview. I loved it it was like we were at home but with room service. lol

IT IS NOTHING BUT A RIP OFF! WE WERE RIPPED OFF THEY TOLD US WE HAD 3 WEEKS A YEAR WE FOUND OUT WHEN WE CAME BACK TO CANADA IT WAS ONE WEEK EVER THIRD YEAR. ANY ONE WISHING TO BUY OUR TIME SHARE PLEASE CONTACT US I WILL SELL IT FOR 50% OFF OF $10,000 USD!

I bought a time share there and our salesman payed us $500.00 cash to buy it. The time share is nothing but a rip off. If you miss one payment they want to take the property back from you , you can lose your up from money and they love reporting you to a credit agency. Once I sell mine I will never buy one direct from any one. Be wise and don't buy from them.

We purchased our share more than a year now. We have two bedrooms (sleeps 4 people comportably, probably more )deeded for First Sunday of July (one week) yearly and have 4 weeks bonus with RCI. We like the place but we realized that we are still young to retire to enjoy all the bonuses and to use the best of it. If anyone interested please email to negotiate at rmg721@verizon.net. People, what did you think when somebody offered you 100+ dollars? You thought you'd be coy and short change the process? If you are interested in a timeshare do your homework and learn how to do the dance with the salespeople. If you do it right these can be very interesting to own and will allow you to visit places you may not have gone to before because of cost very inexpensively. If you use it correctly and make the right deal it pays off very quickly. Location, location and then denstiy of timeshares in that loaction alsong with good deal making. Learn the game so you don't get taken. I go mine dirt cheap and has paid off in less than 5 years. Stop complaining when you tried to get over. Resort looks great. No scam

we stayed 5 nights at Grandview, like it, perfect place for family with kids, with everything needed away from home. sofa bed could be better. for people like excitement all the time, then should live in strip.
