Landmark Inn, Sevierville

We've stayed here several times.Afew times when our last 2 were teenagers,My sister and our husbands share a room when we stay out of town anywhere and we've stayed here ,the staff is always courtous and friendly.Always clean and well stocked.I will keep staying everytime we visit the Smokies

we checked in and went to our room,we used the card key to get in .we went to sleep and around 1am, some one was opening our door with a card key.we told the person that the deskclerk had given him the wrong room. then the deskclerk called our room and wanted to know who was in the room.we explained who we were. the next morning we told the deskclerk what had happened and we shouldnt have to pay the bill. he told us to sign the bill or he would call the police.my wife signed the bill. i told the clerk that i was very ashamed for the way they treated us.I was in tn for funeral,only brother passed away.we checked in at another motel that night where they were happy to take our money.im not sure whats worse,my brothers casket or landmark motel

My family andIi have stayed at this hotel many times, its ALWAYS clean and neat! The people at the check-in desk are very nice and helpful. If your looking for a nice,clean hotel without a huge price this hotel is it!! We will not stay anywhere else!!

this was a nice surprise. everyone was helpful and you could understand them. they were american! that says it all i will only stay there for now on.
