Park Grove Inn, Pigeon Forge

This hotel was very clean and believe me I am picky.We only stay here for one night but was very pleased.Great area, walking distance to a lot of things. Flat screen T.V. frig and microwave in rooms. Beds were comfy. Nice balcony overlooking city.Rooms insulated good didn't hear any noise. Has a game room which is a plus for children. Breakfast was fine considering the deal your getting on price for hotel.Two things that I did see was the pool & hot tub [ HAD A FUNNY SMELL} and a little dirty{ a lot of traffic this time of year}. The girl at front desk with real long hair is super friendly.

GREAT LOCATION, WONDERFUL FRIENDLY STAFF, & VERY CLEAN!! EACH TIME WE VISIT IT FEELS MORE AND MORE LIKE HOME. WE CAN LET THE KIDS GO TO THE POOL OR THE GAME ROOM WITH OUT HAVING TO WORRY BECAUSE THEY ALSO HAVE VIDEO CAMERAS ALL OVER THE AREA.

We stay here about 3 or 4 times a year. the Hotel is very clean and quiet and the rooms are larger than other hotels. The staff is very friendly. They also have a nice breakfast and they keep it well stocked.If you want an updated, clean, quiet place to stay then you will love Park Grove Inn. I have recommened it to all my friends and they love it to.

The rooms were very clean and so was the pools. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is close to everything. The cleaning lady cleaned our room everyday. One day we were late getting out of our room and she was almost done with cleaning and our room still got cleaned. The lady even vacums everyday. The view form the balcony was so cool and relaxing. The rooms are sound proof. My mom's a very light sleeper and she slept very good there. The only bad thing was the breakfast, the cereal was stale and the beds they were hard.

The place was very clean. Service was great. This is a great location Price always good. Will most definitely stay here again.
