Well worth it...but no internet
By G, 06/18/09
Location awesome, rooms awesome, pools awesome but if youare looking for internet, you wont have none here. Said they did but could never connect or find a connection. But if you are not concerned with that...definately stay!! Near go carts, arcade, Dollywood, outlet stores, and TGI fridays

Daughter's Favoirte
By Michelle, 02/15/09
This is the only place my family stays at when in Pigeon Forge. The service is terrific, the rooms are beautiful, the view is breathtaking. My daughter makes her first stop is the pool and lazy river (me extra large hot tub) and they are open till 2a.m.. There is something for everyone here. Your just one block from putt putt, go cart racing, roller skating and food. In the morning there is all you would like to eat from cereal, toast, pancakes, french toast, fruit and oatmeal. All the coffee, milk and juice you can want. The price is very reasonable in the off season $40-60 and in-season $70-100 (in season there is a pool outside too). Come stay with Park Tower and you will fall in love with them too.

We always stay at this hotel.
By carolyn w, 12/26/08
We have stayed at this hotel many times in the past 9 years. It is great in the summer with the beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub and yearround with the indoor pool, lazy river and hot tub. The view is beautiful. The rooms are always clean and perfect for any occassion. It is a good couples and family spot. There is plenty of shopping nearby and a discount shopping mall within walking distance. There are also a lot of good restaurants to fit any budget. The staff is always very courteous and helpful and friendly.

Best Place Ever To Stay!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/14/08
We really loved the Park Tower Inn, it is sooo nice, very clean, excellent location. You are right in the middle of everything. The staff is very friendly! I really love the balcony, it is nice to just go out and set on it and enjoy the views and just watch all of the fun things going on around you. We have been on both sides of the motel (pool side and road side) both are great. I also like the fact that entrance to your rooms are inside the motel, I have a more safe feeling that way, but you can still enjoy having your balcony views. I actually like being higher up on the 4th, 5th or 6th floor. I enjoy those views!! We will definitely stay here again. We have been very pleased each time we stay here!!! Can't wait to get back down there and stay again, hopefully real soon.

It was a good quiet place to stay.
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/11/08
The breakfast was not very good, we expected pancakes and waffles like it was shown on the website and the brochures. Overall it was nice and quiet, the hotel was clean. We could not even get in the lazy river or the pools because they were so crowded. The jacuzzi was always full too. They got 100 ratings on the pool service. Overall it was a nice family hotel and very close to attractions, and not far from Gatlinburg. We would probably stay there again. The cleaning ladies were very nice. The hotel was at an excellent view of some of the attractions, we could see the go carts and an arcade from our balcony. The week we went they had no vacancy, so that tells you how crowded everything was.

not happy
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/10/08
We have stayed at park tower for years But this trip durning the 4th of July was not good!! The people at the front desk were not nice.We had ask for rooms over looking the out door pool and did not get them we ask for joining rooms did not get them We had 2 room for 4 nights. Our tolit ran over and we called down to the desk and they said we have a plunger you can come down and get it.Well That did not go well with me My husband cut the water off so water would not go out in the floor. And he called down to the desk and told them to come and fix it They could not call anyone in to fix it until the next day A man came up and used the plunger and brought some towels and laid in the floor. The next day the hair dryer would not work when the man came to check it out he said he could not fix it then He would come back in 3 hours. So I had to go to our sons room to dry my hair so we could go out.I think the place has changed a lot and not for the good.I think if you reserve 2 rooms for 4 nights and ask for a type room you want ,you should get it We called to reserve the rooms in march for the 2nd of July We go to Pigeon Forge at least 5 times a year and we go to the rod run in Sept and we stay at another Motel on the st. and have allways got the type room we ask for Ane they let you check in early. And the pillows are sooooo flat!!!
