Elegance and Comfort without fail!!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 6/25/09
This BnB is well above the average! I am currently staying in Eleanor's Room. It is elegant yet comfortable. Encompassing a queen size bed and small sitting area the main room then opens out onto a private balcony with an extra large jetted tub. The balcony is enclosed within and overlooks a beautiful Orchidarium where the Innkeepers devote themselves to cultivating rare orchids, the balcony , however is situated as to remain private with no access to any other guests. Eleanor's also includes a separate dressing room and a beautiful full bath with separate shower and tub. This room is actually a suite and an aditional bedroom is included for families or two couples. Breakfast is gourmet with homemade scones, fresh fruit and special exclusive entrees served in a large open dining area which looks out onto the property with the best of Oklahoma's greenery and unique Coy fish ponds and fountain. Often I see brightly colored birds stopping in for a bite or drink. Other amenities include a full butler's pantry with coffe, tea, hot chocolate, wine and snacks. The innkeepers are without fail extremely accomodating and courteous. I am a return guest of more than 15 years and I will not consider other lodging during my frequent OK visits. In response to another review this room is private and secure, all doors lock and I tried to see how the quests privacy could have been compromised and yes the area below the balcony is accessible by other guests entering the BnB a person would have to hang over the balcony and call attention to themselves to be noticed or seen.

Complete Invasion Of Privact
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/20/09
My husband and I stayed at the Willow Way bed and Breakfast on Saturday May 16th in the "Eleanor's Suite". The suite cost $170 per night and we were expecting a very nice room. Part of the Suite is a balcony enclosed in a greenhouse with a large bathtub. When we arrived around six pm, a woman greeted us at the front door and took us to our room. We looked through our room and walked onto the balcony to see the bathtub that we saw in the pictures on the website. The tub was beautiful, but dirty, and there was a woman potting plants in the greenhouse. We continued to look through the bed and breakfast and told the woman that had greeted us about the tub being dirty. She said she would clean it and that was no problem. Then my husband asked about the woman in the greenhouse and we were told that she was one of the innkeepers and as soon as she was done potting her plants she would be out of there and we would have it to ourselves, and that it would be locked up. So we took a walk and when we got back to our room the tub was clean and the woman was gone, but the door that connected the greenhouse to the rest of the house was still open. So my husband goes downstairs again, and talked to the innkeeper (Lionel). He told him that his wife (me) wanted to take a bath and it was nearing 7:45 by this point, when we were supposed to have the room at 6. The innkeeper closed the door and told my husband that no one would be in there until about nine the next morning. When he got back upstairs to our room, we ran a bath and got in. Probably twenty minutes later, we hear the door open downstairs, and were shocked. I peeked down over the balcony as best I could with out exposing myself to see who had come into the room that was supposed to be locked up. It was the innkeeper and his wife. I made eye contact with the gentleman, but he still did not leave. We heard them in there for a minute or two, they turned on some lights and left. We were stunned, but thought maybe they had just come to turn on the lights for us and left. A few minutes later, the door opened again. It was the innkeeper again. I was very upset at this point, because I was naked in the tub, and there was a man in the room. He could not see anything, because the tub is deep and the balcony is probably ten feet of the ground. However, if I had stood up or been entering, or exiting the tub, or evening sitting on the side shaving my legs like I had been a few minutes before, He would have seen me completely naked. Also, there is a staircase leading up to the tub, which he could have used if he wanted. As soon as he left, my husband went downstairs to talk to him. But could not find him. While he was downstairs, another couple staying at the inn, walk through the greenhouse and out the back door, also seeing me in the tub. When my husband came back up I told him I could not stay there as I felt unsafe and exposed. ( Our bathroom door that led from a public hall into our room also did not lock.) He called the innkeeper and insisted on seeing him downstairs. I packed our stuff and met him downstairs. The innkeeper was not apologetic, and told us that we were all adults. He acted as if having people walk through the room that I was bathing in was no big deal. We left at that point very disappointed that the trip that we had planned for so long was ruined, we had no place to stay, and the money we had payed for the overnight childcare of our three kids was lost. As if this were not enough the place was not warm and welcoming. The innkeeper said in front of me that she "couldn't do it anymore" in reference to running the B and B. They were not friendly and nice. There were no homemade goodies. Overall very terrible experience.

very welcoming
By M, 8/5/07
we drove 8 hours to visit family. we couldn't stay with the family due to some unexpected construction problems at their home. we stayed for a week, and our family stayed for 3 weeks. the service never waivered, the warm welcoming nature of the house and owners is genuine. they sincerely love having guests - the food is great and the grounds beautiful.
