BEAUTIFUL
By LORIA, 10/10/12
WHAT A BEAUTIFUL SETTING! OFF THE MAIN STREET IN A QUIET RURAL AREA. CLOSE ENOUGH TO GET WHAT YOU NEED AND YET PRIVATE. THE ROOM WAS SPACIOUS AND NEAT. ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME. MY ONLY COMPLAINT WOULD BE THE DOOR WOULD NOT HOLD THE KEY CODE. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WOULD DEFINATLEY RETURN!!

Give it a second thought
By AB, 8/25/09
It looks way better in pictures than in person. The place is covered with nice simplistic art. The owners aren't friendly to everyone. Over all, I would not stay there again..so many other places worth the money. The breakfast is a joke...better to eat at McDonalds but you have to pay for it if you want or not.

Love Sedona--but Wont stay there again
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 3/5/08
Our rooms were quite clean, and the bed was small but fine. Lots of hot water, and it was quiet.Nice to have the mini kitchen too. The breakfast was oh so bad We are not meat or egg eaters--and they had nothing to offer. Other than oatmeal, the cereal was all for kids. Same fruit each day. No whole grain foods, home made muffins, or healthy breads. A small fruit and cheese tray would have been nice. I ate breakfast out each day. I have stayed at several B&Bs-This is no Luxury inn at all. The out door area near the pool is very filthy. Music by the poolwould have been nice. Furnature there ( pool ) looks 50-60 years old-unsafe to sit on. Hot tub was so durty I would not think of using it, and the pool bad- was unkept. The location was good--the area is quiet. We love Sedoma and will be back--had a blast on our pink jeep tour. P&B Boston

A surprise to the eyes
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/11/07
I just loved the view we had out our window of the gorgous red rocks. I also loved how each villa was so beautifully decorated and comfortable. Not to mention the food being so delicious, I do hope we come back. Harry and Michelle Hill

Great Place...Great Value
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 5/27/07
I been to Sedona five times and stayed at different locations ranging from the Sunset to the Enchantment. The Hosts are truley host and you can feel their warmth immediately. They care about their guests and want your experience to be as pleasant as the one that made them relocate. The rooms are the Best Kept Secret in the valley. You get a cozy condo with a fireplace for the price of a inexpensive hotel. It's a Great Value! Expecially when you include the breakfast. I generally sleep late but the breakast is worth waking up to have. The ambience, quality, an presentation are exceptional. This little oasis is slightly better suited for the cooler months but still well worth the summer stay. The location is ideal, equally distanced between the rocks, the sites and all the restaurants. As a pilot and seasoned traveler I have stayed in thousands of hotels from the Ramada to Pennisula in Hong Kong to the Hotel de Paris in Monte Carlo but over all must say I truely enjoyed my stay here and make this my home away from home.

Many fond memories
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 1/28/07
I recently stayed at this B&B (my first time to Sedona) and was really blown away! I was deciding between two other places in town, but to be honest they were the first ones that emailed me back... so i chose them. just looking at their website was really enough to sell me. When i arrived i imediately felt the warmth of the place and could tell i made the right choice. The staff was very friendly and the owners greeted me every morning at breakfast. The breakfasts were truly gourmet and their coffee is the best! Also, i have had some back problems in the past and the beds are amazing to say the least. I will be returning very soon with my best friend and can't wait to expirience it again.

A place worth discovering
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/12/06
My husband and I spent our honeymoon weekend in the Villa suite. We were hoping that we wouldnt arrive to find another cookie cutter hotel with generic furniture and staff. The staff is GREAT, they have as much character as the hotel itself. We took a little tour to see some of the other suites and they are all completely different but great. The grounds are very peaceful and the sound of running water in the garden is really nice. The location was also perfect as we were never too far from where we wanted to be. Breakfast is also a big plusIm not a huge breakfast eater but I couldnt resist finishing everything on the plate everyday. Next time I wind up in Sedona this is where I will be staying. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Absolutely unique and beautiful
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/2/06
I loved staying at A Sunset Chateau. It is even more special than the website. They are undergoing constant renovations (I asked). There is a beautiful 2 acre garden, a pool, many different types of rooms at different prices and the owners are most often there in the mornings to talk with the guests. I couldn't have been happier with my choice to stay at A Sunset Chateau. The views are spectacular and it is very quiet up there on the hill. I can't wait to go and stay again!

Wow! This truly surpassed our expectations!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/2/06
My family and I were most impressed by this very unique and artistic Bed and Breakfast. Before coming, we wondered if it would live up to the amazing pictures on the website, but we found the place to be even more beautiful in person than the website demonstrates. I think it was the charm of the inn as well as the attentiveness of the staff members and the owners that particularly impressed us. The owners are personable and are the kind of people that make you feel special. So many of the other bed and breakfasts we had tried in town made us feel like we were not welcomed because we were traveling with our kids, but this place does not have that elitist attitude. Our suite was spacious and clean, and the decorations were so unusual and put together with such an artistic flairwe just loved it! When we woke up in the morning, we were awed by the views that we had of the red rocks. This place is truly a gem and a great value for the money. We plan to make this place a regular getaway!

Truly a hidden paradise
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/29/06
I can hardly believe that anyone would write something negative about this delightful bed and breakfast. The setting is magical, with amazing red rock views and lush gardens. Everywhere you look, there are artistic decorations and murals to enjoy. The food is probably the most mouth watering food Ive ever had at any bed and breakfast. The eggs Florentine were our favorite with a delicious tangy hollandaise sauce. The gardens are so beautiful and we enjoyed reading on the hammock beside the stream. My husband and I particularly enjoyed sitting in the pool and jacuzzi area which has great red rock views and a big seascape mural. The room was spacious, very clean, and the decorations were charming. The views were also great from our room. The staff members were very friendly and accommodating and did a great job helping us plan our days (hiking, tours, restaurants, etc.) We cant wait to come back to Sedona and stay here again.
