WORST RESERVATION POLICY

No hospitality. do not ever think about staying there!!!! They have the worst possible reservation policy we have ever heard of. If they cannot refill the cancellation you made within ten days in advance, you will be charge in full.
I tried to stay there but could not go due to the wild fire. I tried to cancel ten days in advance of the schedule, but they refused to cancel the reservation. In addition, they abused my credit card number and charged me three times the amount of my stay. They did not even apologize for their mistake and i still have not got my money back for my cancellation. It is more than $600. This is a true story do not ever even try to stay there!!!
