We LOVE this park! We camp here often. The park is very clean. The staff are all very helpful and friendly.

The Gem of Lake Lanier
By sandie, 05/11/08
This is, without a doubt, the finest campground in northern Georgia. The Staff is wonderful and have made our many trips a leisurely, pleasurable escape from the madness of Atlanta Metro. Cleanliness is their top priority, campground security is top notch, and the double gated entrance (with swipe card) make coming and going a snap. Beach, Boat ramp, Playgrounds, wildlife, and plenty of spotted bass make for a great mix of fun and adventure. "Try it! You'll like it y'all!"

Great Little place to camp!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/09/08
As I said great little place to camp, however, the staff (manager and maintenance staff) are lazy. VERY LAZY. The new keystone cop they have for security still thinks he is a marine. It's a different place than it was a year ago. But the people that camp there are awesome. Maybe if Hall County Parks and Rec staff gets changed the new manager will do their jobs and supervisor. It's sad to see such a great little place fall to pieces.
