I had my doubts about booking a hotel with only 2 reviews on Yelp. I should have listened to Sophia C. about this place. They changed the room rate on me when I arrived to a higher rate. This was extremely infuriating, being that I was on a budget. Even though this hotel is advertised as being in the heart of Hollywood, it's not. It's off to the side and is a little bit ghetto there. On Saturday night there was a club right across the street. There were loud cars with loud music, revving up and down the street all night. There were also "interesting" characters walking in front of the hotel at night as well. The rooms are small and dated, a bit dirty. The bathroom wasn't cleaned well. The 1 star is only for the mini fridge and microwave. Don't let the pictures fool you. This place is extremely expensive for what you get, I definitely got ripped off.
