My family and I stayed at the Lithia Springs location for a week in June. I only found the one negative review of this place before staying and so I was a bit nervous. Nothing could be further from the truth! Our stay was pleasant although it was literally no frills. Room cleanliness was acceptable although we did find a dead roach under the sink. We felt safe staying there and it was a good value. Did not like the fact that advertised pool was indefinately closed nor did I like not getting the room I had booked for a more expensive one. But staff knocked $20 off price so I can't complain too much. I would definately consider staying there again if in the Atlanta area again for more than three days.
We stayed at Intown for 3 months while our house was being worked on from flood damage. The staff was kind and helpful. Management made us feel safe and welcome.Although there was not daily housekeeping only weekly it met our budget. We rarely saw people just hanging around out side which made us feel safe. We had a clean although not a new room. The only complaint was the beds are ruff.
It was worse than staying in a Third WOrld Country...It was dirty, nasty, poor service, VERY unstable environment..Major RIP OFF. Hair in the bed hair in the towels, bugs, trash everywhere. It was the worse experience I have EVER had..Don't waste your money, I hope this comment saves someone from the trouble we went through...
