Harbour Oaks Inn, Pass Christian

We were at Harbor Oaks just 2 days before Katrina hit in Aug 2005. It was so lovely there, and I took lots of pictures, inside & out. They had a new flat screen TV Tony was very proud of. He also showed us the precious wooden highchair in the kitchen, which he used as a baby. At the time, Diane had a terrible cold and was pretty laid up, so Tony took good care of us. We became friends with their two dogs, too. We were heart-broken to learn that Katrina wiped them off the earth. A newspaper article, with picture, showed the property after Katrina; the only evidence left of that beautiful place were the cement front steps. We stayed at the Inn during the summer of 1996. We loved the place and the owners. We were so sorry to hear of Tony's death and the destruction of the Inn.

Was there the spring of 2005 and loved every bit of the time spend there. Great people, view, and area. Last I heard Diane is in St. Louis and Tony was with the house. We are so glad that we made the trip when we did. Larry & Brenda

Stayed here for a week and loved it. Great everything: room. location, rate, hospitality, Tony/Diane etc, etc. Hope its still there but haven't been able to find out - would like to return.
