Olde Town Inn
When it comes to charming New Orleans Inns, Olde Town Inn is one of the best. Located in the Marigny neighborhood, Our Guests stay in one of Americas four hippest neighborhoods according to Travel and Leisure, which is adjacent to the French Quarter and has a bohemian mix of residents and is the citys most charming, centrally located and historically significant neighborhood, only a short 6 block walk or 5 dollar taxicab ride into the French Quarter. Our luscious tropical Courtyard is an oasis and our rooms are eclectically furnished combining antiques with modern amenities.
After years of staying in the 'Quarter' during Jazz Fest, we have ventured out in the last three years to the Old Town Inn. Robert's Grocery is close by,along with some great restaurants, music clubs, and shopping. Then there is the invigorating walk to the 'Quater.'
We love the casual atmosphere and friendly service of the staff of the Old Town Inn.
The Olde Town Inn was great! The courtyard was really pretty and had a neat look and feeling to it. The neighborhood around the hotel is pretty ghetto looking but the inn itself is terrific. The room was very neat looking and had some neat furniture in it. The best part was we got to keep all the beads that were in the room! There were tons! The location was very convenient as well. Walking distance from the French Quarter. Overall neat feeling to it. I would stay there again!
