I'm Dissappointed
I have been a Owner practically since this place was built. This place charges as much per week to stay as the Maintanance Fees are for an Owner for the year. Ridiculous to say the least. This is far from a 5 Star Resort. It WAS years ago, but it has been let run down ever since. These people need to go and look at a real 5 Star before trying to sell this as one. They don't seem to pay attention to the whole economy of our country when they set the rates on these rooms. And with the maintanance fees going up EVERY YEAR at this resort who would want to buy into this anyway. There excuse for the maintanance fees going up is for all the improvements they do. This place gets worse not better, WHO ARE THEY KIDDING!. Dirty Floors, Rusting Appliances, Cracked Tiles on floors, Stains on Carpets and Furniture, Bedding has stains and,or holes. Outside Walls Deteriorating, just covered with paint to hide. Stains on Ceilings from water damage. Too many extra charges. Very slow and RUDE front desk. Cleaning Staff needs to get a life or be fired. How can it take till 4 PM to clean rooms when they weren't all full the night before, and they aren't really clean when you do get in. And just a little note for the people who run for the title to run/oversee this {RESORT}, Why don't you send out questionaires to the Owners you have there and ask them about issues there before you hold your elections for the office in the middle of the week when no working person, or the ones from all parts of the country can't possibly be there. Or, is this the stratigy. I bet you would be surprised to see how many would gladly sell their rooms back at a cheaper rate than what they paid for it. We that did purchase into this {RESORT} should be heard,if not for us you would really be scratching your heads. WAKE UP!!!!!! And for those few that like this place so well, leave your info on here on how to get in touch with you and I'll make you a great deal on my 2 bedroom, ground floor.
