The house itself was beautiful and very comfortable. There was a game room in the garage that the kids loved. Plenty of space to spread out in as well. There were two families that traveled together and stayed in the house, 4 adults and 7 kids. Plenty of bed space for everyone to sleep comfortably. I don't know what brand mattresses they had, because I failed to look, but they slept very well. Two members of our group have severe back problems and they slept better there than they do at home. Once the pool had warmed up, the kids loved the pool. However, we had several problems with the rental agency. The house was misrepresented. The online info listed a brand new 6 bedroom home with 4.5 bathrooms and 3 living rooms, with tv's in all the bedroooms. What we got was a 6 bedroom, with 3.5 bathrooms, 1 living room and tvs in 3 of the 6 bedrooms. As far as the house being brand new, very doubtful. There was rust on the bathroom drains and the seals around the front door showed cracks and wear. First of all it took 3 phone calls and two different email addresses before they ever got the confirmation info to us. In the confirmation info there was supposed to be a code for the door(they used a push button code not keys). When we arrived and tried to get into the house with the code that was in the info. We discovered that it was the wrong code. It took 3 additional phone calls and close to 2 1/2 hours to finally get into the house(approximately 8pm that night). When we had originally called we had requested that they give us the code over the phone, they insisted that it would be in the info that was to be emailed. We had requested and paid extra for the pool heater be turned on. As far as we could determine it was never on. We called on this issue and our phone call was never returned. If it wasn't for the solar cover, I doubt that the water would have been warm enough for the kids to swim. As it was we were there for 3 days before the water was warm. A word of caution if using this agency, call numerous times to ensure that you have all the info that you need. If they house owners would change managing agencies, we would definitely stay again. As it is we will, be more cautious if we use this agency. After a total of close to 15 hours on the road, we only wanted to get into the house and rest. But had to wait another 3 hours to do that. Overall we give the house a 5 star rating, but the rental agency gets a zero.
