Vacation Villas At Fantasy World, Kissimmee

My family had the most exciting time staying here. I would recommend any familys traveling with 5 or more ine there party to stay here. The only thing I would recommend is that a military discount be offered. I recommended you guys to alot of my army bodies and the first thing they ask me if you guys offer the discount.

The condo was a dump!! It was durty, the furniture was old, beds were old and uncomfortable. My son slept on the pull out couch and when anyone took a shower upstairs it dripped onto him. The couch was always wet. The laminate was peeling off the kitchen cabinets, the inside shelves were all chipped up and full of wood chip shavings. Some of the dresser drawers didn't even have bottoms in them. The little conenient store was dumpy and badly needed to be remodeled. My daughter had fun in the pool and it was heated. That was the only good thing about our stay. Pay a little more and stay somewhere else!!! Please!!!

Very adequate accomodations for 3 guys (myself, grandson, and his dad). Would be Ok for a family of 4. Easy location and friendly staff. Not a 5 star but not priced like one either.

This was the third time that my family stayed at the villas. The first two times we were placed in the condos and the experience there was great. The last time we were placed in the villa. The appearance was beautiful and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean. The mattress were sagging and my brother-in-law and his son had sustained bug bites from their mattress in their villa. They need to correct the mattress problem.

Great general location, but be sure to get a condo near the pool. The whole condo needed updating, as the decor and furniture was the same as it was in 1988. The poolside bar was fantastic with dollar draft beers and 2 for 1 well drinks all day. Karaoke twice in the 5 days we were there, with crafts and recreational activities for the kids. Beds were uncomfortable, but certainly tolerable for the price. Everything was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and utensils. The blender in the kitchen came in handy as well. More directions and information on amenities/restaurants would have been helpful. Also, there was no internet access, which made some things difficult. It would have been great for the sake of mapquest alone, not to mention work etc. Close enough to Disney that you could go in the morning and come back in the afternoon for a rest, and make it back to the park at night. All in all, can't beat the price, but be sure to get a condo by the pool.
