Lido Towers, Sarasota

Stayed in St. Armands/Lido Key/Sarasota at Lido Towers Condos in Unit 506/5th floor in April of 2006 - it was simply georgeous - gated, call in gate, very secure, quiet - large, fully updated, renovated and nicely decorated - 2 bedroom/2 1/2 bath corner unit - living room, dining room, large eat in kitchen - all new furniture and patio furniture - fully set up for us with all ammenities - from paper towels to fine china - close to laundry room, trash shute and elevator -around the corner on same floor - 3 TV's, decent Audio and Video Equipment - has a great screened lanai, about 40 feet long - one side looks at gulf (20 feet) - the other side looks at Sarasota Bay (20 feet) - 2 large sliders to lanai - morning coffee on this lanai was simply divine - private and easy access to REALLY GEORGEOUS beach across a quiet street (200 feet) - common grounds are very well kept with nice land scaping - with sun deck, pool, whirlpool, sauna, common room with kitchen of pool deck, grilling station, car port and car wash station - walking distance (10 minutes) to restaurants, shops and entertainment at St. Armands Circle - 10 minutes by car into downtown Sarasota and/or Yachtclub - 15 minutes by car to Sarasota Bradenton Airport - nice golf courses everywhere - can't beat this place for the price - was at $ 4,000 per month a third less than other condo rentals in the area - will be back there again for April of 2007.....
