the manager must orient the staff for giving importance any of the guest's privacy esp their personal profile

i went to stay there... i felt threatened by the people around esp the tourist guides staying by the bar... and as well as te front desk officer to whom i asked to make me feel comfortable during my stay by keeping my personal profile from anyone who wanted to penetrate my privacy... but i was so disappointed---i remember seing them given a higher tip than i gave them, then i totally lost my privacy.
however i liked the place i wasn't still happy for the sevice... very very very bad personality of the employees and staff----they were already paid by the owner for their services but still they want more from the customers....i am a fil-am working in the philippines right now..., not by color or race,i hope they treat customer equally
might as well get new employees and orient them in the right customer services approach.
i would definitely not refer this resort as of now----not until the manager train the staff for proper customer services.
