To be avoided
I have been there for business with a group. We probably had some discounts. Is it a reason to give us terrible rooms?
In my reservation, I asked for a non-smoking and very quiet room. First room was in the inside court, almost above the registration desk, and very close to the main elevator. The bath was a grid hole in the floor of the bathroom. After taking a shower, it was not possible to enter there anymore because of the water.
I asked to change and the girl at the reception desk told me she would give me a very good room. She was probably joking, because the new room is still non-smoking, but now that I am facing the outside of the hotel, I have the airport, the train, a major road and still an elevator close by...
The room itself is clean but the towels are very small, there is no bath rug. The bed looks like a roll-away bed, and there is no bedstand. The light can be switched off only from the door, and then you have to go across the bedroom in the dark and try and find safely the bed.
In adddition, the floor of the restaurant is probably never washed as it sticks under the shoes.
