This is a hotel I would not choose to stay again!

It might look impressive, but appears to cater mostly for mass-tourism. Service not upto what is should be in 4 star hotel. The receptionist could not locate me for 3 days - they told my family that I did not stay there! Other persons from my party reported ants in their rooms. Location ideal. Plenty of restaurants. Would like to mention that there is couple of excellent shops downstair with good quality goods and prices.
