I would like to return depending on the rates.
I liked the Hotel very much. The location was good and the service was excellent. The hotel was very clean ant the staff were very helpful even though they did not speak much English.
My biggest complaint was that we were deceived by the advertisement on the Internet advertising your room accomodation
We were under the impression that when we rented a double room that the rate shown is what we would be charged; but lo and behold when we went to settle our bill we were charged double the rate. We should've been charged 65 Euros for the room for double occupancy, but we were charged twice that amount which was very unfair. I would not recommend anybody to stay there if that is how you charge for a double room. In fact my son was travelling to Rome in the Fall ( Sept ) and I was going to suggest he and his wife stay at your hotel but now I have decided against it. I would ;like to know if we can get a credit for the double charge. I paid for it with my Master Card and you could issue a credit on the same.
The reason why I am writing to you is because when I returned to Canada I lost my job and hence I could really use the money.
I leave it in your hands and if you could make an exception in my case I would be very grateful.
