Located in the tiny settlement of Porgy Bay, a fair golf cart ride from Alice Town, this inn seems totally set apart from civilization. It's not that Miami is only a short plane ride away but the illusion can prove quite relaxing. Let the local hosts drive you around in the cart, or explore the island in your own vehicle. Dive or fish in the indigo waters offshore. Appreciate the lovely, isolated beach just outside. When you get tired, return to clean, comfortable lodgings, fully furnished and equipped with full kitchens.

The Real Bimini

I have been to Trev Inn quite a few times before Bimini got too commercial. Trev is a great host and his staff were friendly; true Bahamians. The hotel is clean and the ameneties were above standard. I enjoyed the nice walk through King's Hwy to get to Alice Town and see the real Bimini. It was to a great beach close by and I enjoyed listening to the local calypso music playing on Sunday afternoons. I would recommend Trev Inn and someday when I return to Bimini I hope to stay there.
