Statton CBD Apartments, Perth

Brand new, Excellent executive apartment. Good access and views. Good quality furniture and decor. Service was patchy. Place was clean and well maintained.

It is unfortunate that while we were there, we encountered some young punks messing around. The water was flowing continously in the stairways overflowing to the corridor and cause the carpet to be wet. It seems that there is no security personel station there and there is no gate so people can get into the carpark freely. Yes the room is clean and well furnished with new electrical appliances.

I have spent 4 nights and got only 1 roll of toilet paper and 1 piece of soap. I suppose for 4 nights and 3 people, could have spare more than that.

It was a great apartment, spacious, clean and has great facilities. Just a stone throw away from entertainment and shopping areas.........smack right in the middle of the city. We will surely recommend this apartment to any of our friends and acquaintances. We will return for sure. !!!
